什麼是低軌衛星?
一般來說,目前人造衛星分為: .低軌道衛星 .中軌道衛星 .同步軌道衛星 三者最大不同是高度,因此應用也不同,最低的為低軌道衛星多為通訊、觀測用途,中軌道衛星則是軍事,同步軌道衛星最大應用為通訊。 低軌衛星近年來如此熱門有兩大原因: 原因一:火箭運載成本下降 原因二:衛星小型化及有效載荷系統不斷進步 目前低軌道衛星通訊的頻率多為Ku頻段(12 ~ 18GHz)與Ka頻段(26.5 ~ 40 GHz),其中Ka頻段與5G毫米波行動通訊頻段(24.25 ~ 71 GHz)部分重疊,所需的元件、軟硬體、網路單元與專業知識有機會與5G技術或產品供應鏈共通使用。低軌道衛星通訊所需的終端設備,除了像SpaceX的固定式地面終端外,也可以設置在飛機、大型貨運車、海運船隻等多樣化載具上,與傳統的行動通訊網路結合,可以提供互補性、更多元化且無所不在的通訊服務。 參考文獻:https://www.bnext.com.tw/article/71771/leo-compatible–5g-components0920
